Now the summer weather has finally arrived what better way to spend our usual coffee afternoon than cycling around East Park.

Many of you will know that East Park is home to the regions only Adapted Cycle Scheme and one of the largest schemes in the UK, where disabled people can use our specially adapted bikes to get active in Hull’s flagship park and enjoy cycling in a relaxing outdoors environment.

The Adapted Cycle Scheme has a wide variety of adapted bikes for use by disabled people and their families/carers. The scheme is open to people of all ages.

Should you wish to join us please let a committee member know so we can make the necessary booking and ensure no one is disappointed on the day.

After a nice ride we like to congregate in the cafe for a lovely, well deserved, chilled drink and maybe an ice cream.
