JustGiving removes platform fees for UK charities
Online fundraising platform JustGiving has decided to remove all fees for charities in the UK.
The decision to remove the 5% platform fee took effect on 26 March 2019. This is great news for both fundraisers and donors as it means that as it means lower costs for charities, while donors can rest assured that more money will be going to their chosen cause.
Instead donors will be able to make a voluntary contribution to support JustGiving’s operation which will be invested in innovation and supporting good causes.
