NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Headway Grimsby will be held at Freshney Green Primary Care Centre, Sorrell Road, Grimsby North East Lincolnshire, DN34 4GB at 5.30pm on the 4th February 2020 to transact the following business.

AGENDA

  • Reports and Accounts. To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended December 2019 and the reports of the Branch Executive Committee.
  • Appointment of Branch Executive Committee

To confirm the appointment of Executive Committee Members

Mark Griffin  Chairman

Kathryn Hudson  Treasurer

To reappoint these officers for a further period of 2 years.

  • Members proposed resolutions

Details will be given once proposed resolutions are received.  Proposed resolutions should be sent to the Treasurer by 12 noon on the 21st January 2020.  Any revised agenda will be issued by the 28th January 2020.

  • Any other business

To deal with any matter raised at the meeting.
