It has been some time since we all got together or communicated properly due to the current COVID-19 crisis. As everyone has during this unprecedented time we spent the first few weeks adjusting to changes but since then it has been business as usual. We are continuing to offer the same great levels of service we did beforehand. Our face to face meetings are still cancelled for the foreseeable future but other than that it is very much business as usual. Please continue to contact us with any queries or questions, or direct people to us who may benefit from our service and/or information.
Over the coming weeks we kindly ask that you keep checking our website (http://www.headwayhumber.org.uk/ and our Facebook pages for updates). In addition we intend to hold some virtual meetings with our members, and anyone else who wishes to join in. We will also be sending out weekly update emails.

If you have any useful information, techniques or news that you wish to share with fellow members, please let me know. We have missed seeing everyone in our groups and love to keep in touch with you all.
During these times we have noticed an increase in contacting family, friends and the committee using mobile phones and social media. This is a new way of contacting everyone but means we can continue to support each other.
