There are lots of online resources to help us all keep active whilst staying safe in our own homes.
If you can use your daily exercise outdoors for a nice walk, jog or cycle, keeping your social distance.
If you cannot go outdoors for example if you are self isolating there are lots of online exercises that may help. Joe Wicks is helping keep us all active with free online workouts, these are tailored to suit everyone’s needs. He even does a seated work out.
