Connect Well Hull
Due to the Co-Vid 19 Pandemic, Connect Well Hull, along with Citizens Advice Hull & East Riding, has taken the difficult decision to suspend face to face advice across Hull. The Drop-in services and appointments across all of their permanent offices has ceased.
Connect Well Hull have also ceased working from GP practice outreaches from mid last week by agreement with the practices.
Connect Well will continue to support clients via telephone, and both Welfare Advice and Social Prescribing will still be provided, albeit by a different channel.
They are in the process of making some adaptations to their Social Prescribing service to adapt it to meet the current need and continue to support our clients needs.
All pre-scheduled appointments will be carried out as telephone appointments and clients are being contacted to inform them of this.
