NHS East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is a clinically led organisation responsible for planning and purchasing health services for people living within the East Riding of Yorkshire area. We have a diverse population over a large geographical area, with differing health needs. Many people are in good health or living well with a long term conditions, however, others need much more support to help prevent ill health and to help them stay well for longer.

Nationally, there are many challenges faced by the NHS which affect us locally; funding, staffing and increasing inequalities.

But there are also many opportunities set out in the NHS Long Term Plan, to embrace new technology and work differently together to secure the future of the NHS for those most in need.

The CCG are currently in the process of reviewing their organisational strategy, and are seeking your views to help them shape their priorities for the future.

This survey is therefore seeking feedback on their vision statement (Their future ambitions), strategic priorities (Their main goals) and their outcomes (How they measure achievement).

The CCG are keen to understand how important each strategic priority outlined in the survey is to you, and also if there is anything you feel they should change or add.

Whilst this survey is aimed at people living in the East Riding of Yorkshire, feedback from non-East Riding residents is welcomed, and will be incorporated along with all other responses received.
