Freedom Stroke Club

The Freedom Stroke Club meets on the last Friday of each month at the Freedom Centre Preston Road Hull from 11am til 1pm. Membership is not required.
Stroke survivors and carers who attend offer each other friendship, support, empathy and inspiration in a safe and informal environment. People can share experiences, banter, social events and encourage each other.
The group aims to improve and maintain psychological and physical wellbeing. They enjoy guest speakers, social events and help signpost people to service providers partners.
